Fazenda Irmas Pereira - Brazil - Medium
If you've come looking for our longtime favorite from Fazenda Do Cruzeiro, you've come to the right place. And if you have no idea what I'm talking about and are simply on the hunt for some great Brazilian coffee, pat yourself on the back, because you're also in the right place.
We've recently switched over to this lovely coffee from sisters Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria at Fazenda Irmas Pereira in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It brings balance, body, and an uncanny ability to remind us of s’mores. Oh yes. Milk chocolate? Check. Toasted Marshmallow? Also check. Cinnamon graham cracker? Most definitely check. It's just missing the stick.
Being an easy-pleasy (just made that up) medium roast, I prefer mine as an Aeropress or traditional drip, but it also makes great espresso. You really can't go wrong with this one.
