Summertime - Blend - Dark
This blend was built for cold brew. Like, specifically built for cold brew. And it does the job very, very well.
A blend of Peruvian, Brazilian, and Colombian coffees, it’s smooth, chocolaty, and sweet, with a mellow nutty character that makes it incredibly easy to drink. As cold brew, those flavors get even richer and maltier — especially with a little cream and/or vanilla syrup. Frankly, it's pretty darn good.
But don't let the cold brew thing fool you. This is a versatile coffee that works just as well hot. Brew it as drip or in a French press and you'll get all that chocolatey sweetness and smooth body without needing to wait a day for your coffee to be ready.
So yeah, it's a cold brew blend. But it's not just a cold brew blend.

Grind the coffee coarse and mix thoroughly with water. You can use just about any vessel for this. I brew my cold brew at room temperature for 20 hours and then pour through a pre-wetted coffee filter to remove the grounds. Add ice and whatever yummy condiments you desire!
