Pantomime is now our most popular coffee, and for good reason. If you're not sure where to start, this is a pretty darn good place.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLike all of our blends, Pantomime is a blended post-roast. Meaning, we roast each coffee separately, bringing out the characteristics we like most from each one, then blend them together afterward. It gives us much more control over the final flavor and lets us play matchmaker with coffees that might otherwise never meet.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePantomime leans lighter, but there's enough roast development to put it comfortably in the medium roast camp. As espresso, the Ethiopian component really shines, bringing citrusy notes and crisp acidity to the party. Colombian and Brazilian coffees fill things out with sweet toffee and milk chocolate, giving the whole blend a little more weight and balance.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd if you're a latte person, you're in luck. Those toffee and chocolate notes have enough oomph to push through the dairy, making for a smooth, velvety, ridiculously drinkable cup.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOf course, Pantomime doesn't require an espresso machine. It makes a great drip coffee, too!
